Traffic across Øresund – Cross-border cooperation between the Danish State represented by the Danish Transport Authority (DTA) and Region Skåne represented by Skånetrafiken: Cross-border traffic is managed by one authority on the basis of two simultaneous and coordinated tenders submitted by DTA and Skånetrafiken. An assessment in 2004 showed that DTS did not have the authority to invite to a joint tender for both parties. Cooperation with Region Skåne works on the basis of a cooperation agreement between DTA and Skånetrafiken |
