Cross-border cooperation between the Danish State Transport Authority (DTA) and the Federal State of Schleswig-Holstein (LVS): The rail operator Arriva won the rights to supply cross border rail services between Tønder and Niebüll in central and western Jutland, The DTA manages the portion of the contract with Arriva on behalf of LVS. The cooperation agreement between the DTA and LVS stipulates that LVS must refund the amount equivalent to the DTA payment to Arriva for operations on the German side. |
