of Non-EU Member StatesRecognition of iplomas of The possibility to recognize the diplomas doesn’t apply to the citizens of Non-EU Member States. Permanent settlement on the basis of recognition of the certificate of education is possible also for the citizens of Non-EU Member States, however after recognition of their qualification in terms of minimal requirements pursuant to Directive 2005/36/EC. Moreover communication with the competent authorities of the states is the most significant obstacle. |
