This CBC action consisted in a cooperation agreement of 23 March 2010 in the field of education between the Croatian Ministry of Science, Education and Sports, the Slovenian Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology, and the Slovenian Ministry of Education and Sports.

1. Both sides grant two short term scholarships for Croatian/Slovenian language studies, 3-6 month scholarships for postgraduate researchers in scientific studies and two summer school scholarships for Croatian/Slovenian language studies.
2. All Croatian and Slovenian pupils/students have the same rights of enrolling into schools and universities in both countries. The degrees of the pupils/students obtain are also recognized as equal for the continuation of education.
3. Lecture exchanges.Currently there are 80 Slovenian students studying in Croatia and 720 Croatian students studying in Slovenia.
