| Please, briefly describe the CBC activity you wanted to pursue | In the framework of regional cooperation between the Voronezh Oblast of the Russian Federation and the Lugansk Oblast of the Ukraine the General Office of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Voronezh Oblast and the Directorate General Ministry of Emergencies in the Lugansk Oblast of Ukraine worked out “The plan of interaction forces and civil remedies of the Voronezh Oblast of the Russian Federation and the Lugansk Oblast of the Ukraine for emergency response and cross-border mutual assistance”.
This plan was approved in October 2006 by the Governor of the Voronezh Oblast and Chairman of the Lugansk Oblast State Administration. Refinement and updates to the plan are agreed to in annual meetings with agreed deadlines. |
