  • 1. Exchange of experiences in organising educational, methodical and scientific activities between the Russian and Ukrainian educational institutions.
    2. Information exchange and organisation of joint conferences, seminars, research and educational activities between the Russian and Ukrainian educational institutions.
    3. Implementation of the project “Development of information and communication competence of specialists to ensure their competitiveness in the regional labour market”, whose objective was to assist high school teachers and university graduates of the Kursk Oblast.
    Representatives from the Sumy and Kursk Oblasts participate in joint conferences, the days of science, and festivals held in the territories of the both regions.
