Please, briefly describe the CBC activity you wanted to pursue The Danube River Network of Protected Areas (Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Germany, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Ukraine) has been established with the signing of the Declaration of Vienna. The partnership expands transfrontier and transnational cooperation, coordination, consultation and strengthens links between the national administrations of protected areas of Danube riparian countries. These authorities aim to enhance nature conservation and wise management of the region’s natural and cultural heritage in and beyond the boundaries of Protected Areas at the Danube. The partnership is co-financed by the South East Europe (SEE) Program.
