Please, briefly describe the CBC activity you wanted to pursue | In Austria, Hungary, and Italy – EU citizens can have their professional qualifications recognized for the pursuit of regulated professions or activity in accordance with the Directive 2005/36/ES which was inserted into the Slovenian legislation with 17 legal acts. The procedure is defined in the Act Governing the Procedure of Recognizing Qualifications of Nationals of EU Member States, the European Economic Area and Swiss Confederation Relating to Access to Regulated Professions and Activities in the Republic of Slovenia (Official Gazette RS, No 21/2002, 92/2007, 85/2009).Participants must file their applications for recognition of their professional qualifications on the prescribed forms and send it together with other relevant documents to the responsible authority. The responsible authorities are listed in the Register of regulated professions and activities in the Republic of Slovenia. The responsible authority must issue a decision and notify the applicant within two months of the submission date of the completed application. |
