| Please, briefly describe the CBC activity you wanted to pursue | In the Haparanda-Tornio region, about 15 programs have been financed by Interreg since 1995. The most important is the “On the border”- a process which started in 1996 in order to plan and build a common new city centre on the border. The common market place on the centre will be finished within the year. The next step is to build a community centre across the border. |
