| What was the core OBSTACLE in undertaking the activity? | Cross-Border train traffic is in a vacuum. In principle it should be left to private companies and the market to establish a cross border infrastructure. But as there is no funding for cross border trains there is little cross border infrastructure. Since most national train traffic is government funded the question then arises: which government will pay and how much? | |||||
