| Please, briefly describe the CBC activity you wanted to pursue | Article 3 of the Administrative Agreement implementing the Convention on Social Security between Republic of Slovenia and Republic of Croatia establishes the principle of good cooperation between liaison bodies ( in Slovenia: the Pension and Disability Insurance Institute of Slovenia, the Health Insurance Institute of Slovenia, and the Employment Service of Slovenia). In implementing the Convention liaison bodies cooperate amongst themselves, but they can also refer directly to responsible authorities (in Slovenia: the Ministry of Labour, Family and Social Affairs and the Ministry of Health), institutions, and persons to whom the Convention applies. The liaison bodies in the implementation of the Convention cooperate with each other. |
