The Botnia-Atlantica program works to develop programs designed to stimulate growth through cooperation. Within this program, plans are made to develop a cross border mining system. Some examples of issues the project addresses are the construction of new infrastructure for cultural and leisure activities for old as well as new residents in both municipalities. |
