1. Implementation of an agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Poland for the Kaliningrad Oblast of Russia and north-eastern voivodship of the Republic of Poland (22 May 1992).
2. Implementation of an agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Lithuania on long-term cooperation in the border region of the Kaliningrad Oblast of the Russian Federation and the the Republic of Lithuania (12 June 1999).
The aims of of these cooperative agreements are to inform, support and implement joint activities for sea rescues, the exchange of information and coordination for disaster prevention, and for response to accidents, industrial accidents and emergency relief operations.- 2012
