Please, briefly describe the CBC activity you wanted to pursue Cross border recognition of Medical diplomas is carried out under the agreement on cooperation in the sphere of education of 15 May 1992. Under this agreement the parties to the Agreement guarantee termless recognition of state-recognized documents certifying secondary, specialized, vocational secondary, higher education, staff retraining, conferment of higher degrees granted in the participant-states after this agreement was signed. The participant-states of the Agreement are the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tajikistan, the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the Ukraine.
People who have received medical or pharmaceutical training in the Ukraine are allowed to practice medical or pharmacy in the Russian Federation providing that the federal state education authority along with the Federal Educational and Social Development Control Authority officially recognizes education equivalence.
