Please, briefly describe the CBC activity you wanted to pursue | The Konstantinovskoe reservoir is located on the Ukrainian/Russian border in the river region Sinyakin the Korenevskij district. The state border runs along the Sinyak River separating the dam in two parts. The Russian part of the dam consists of 135m of the right side with the bottom part of the floodgates with a water surface area of about 3 hectares. The Ukrainian side consists of 180 m of the left side of the dam from the Flood discharge structure, and 80.5 hectares of water surface area of the reservoir. In accordance with the intergovernmental agreement on the cooperative use and protection of trans boundary waters in 2008-2009, the organizations of the two states have developed construction documents for capital repair waterworks, made agreements for problematic issues that concern the life conditions of work performance, and made an agreement regarding the requirements of environmental review. In the second half of 2010, both parties have begun the repair work. |
