| Please, briefly describe the CBC activity you wanted to pursue | In 2010 a project was drafted and an application was filed to establish a cross-border cooperation agreement within the European Neighborhood and Partnership Instrument “Lithuania – Poland – Russia”. The project, entitled “Ensuring the availability and quality of care in primary health care sector in the border regions of Russia (Kaliningrad Oblast) and Poland (Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship)” is aimed to establish 16 general medical practices in the municipalities of Kaliningrad Oblast and to develop the primary health care. |
